You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh. Use of this platform by any minor or legally ineligible person is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately.

Account Creation & Security

Your name, national ID number, date of birth, mobile number, and email address must all be correct. new bet reserves the right to cancel any account created with false or misleading information and to forfeit any funds held in that account. Password & Security
Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility. Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining letters, numbers, and special symbols. We strongly advise against sharing your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately and change your password. new bet is not liable for any unauthorized account activity resulting from a user's own negligence in maintaining their account security.
Identity Verification (KYC)

Documentation may also be needed to verify your bank account or mobile financial service (such as Mobile Pay, Nagad, or Rocket). Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is complete. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
